"Requiem for the Moon" ...

... Four days ago I was anxious ... apprehensive about the first "Requiem for a Christmas Tree" ... I mean: "If the Moon is gone!? What next!?" ... Harsh realities of NYC dwellers' plights push them to extremes ... and then, before "the main event" is over, something perturbative would happen ... Nevertheless, I was aghast this past Christmas Eve morning ...
